The project consisted of developing/solutioning/validating \[PLM (Product Lifecycle Management CATIA V6, ENOVIA V6 (MatrixOne), SIMULIA, TOPS, ArtiosCAD, Enginuity, LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System), etc.\] software while ensuring a quality solution that meets customer requirements. This included but not limited to:
•Maintain regular on site interface with P&G PLM Directors, Section Managers and Application Managers to discuss projects forecast and new service requirements
•Translate P&G objectives and new business requirements into actionable project work, define project scope, schedule, tasks, deliverables, and resources
•Estimate project cost/price based on defined scope and recommend a number of Test Unit (TU) necessary to complete the work
•Manage project delivery and completion of entire scope of HPE/DXC work based on agreed-upon schedule and budget
•Support business requirement documentation and translation into a functional blueprints
•Architect solutions and review functional specs with customer and all stakeholders
•Prepare and deliver service review / weekly status reports for P&G PLM Section Managers and Application Managers
•Understand client’s current environment including business processes, technology, requirements and cultivate improvement opportunities within PLM Applications
•Develop testing / FDA validation strategy and oversee Test Case (TC) authoring quality, and coverage, execution, results reporting, defects management, FDA compliance documentation, etc.
•Use business requirements and success criteria to architect high level scenarios for TC authoring
•Ensure full understanding of requirements and intended success criteria by HPE/DXC Testing Team for quality authoring
•Provide necessary training and coaching to HPE/DXC Offshore Testing Team and oversee work completion and delivery
•Function as the primary interface to P&G and its Contracted Vendors for PLM application services
Proton - Malaysia (Automotive Industry)
Serve as a technology delivery manager for projects/programs focused on bridging the business to technology. This includes overseeing all aspects of a system solution and applying technology best practices while solutioning for customer best fit. Also, provide technolgy consulting knowledge to the following major DXC Technology clients for the optimization of their respective product lifecycle processes and knowledge management, utilizing the “Technology Practice” processes to evaluate current state technical and business capabilities and create roadmaps, strategies, and vision that help clients achieve improvement and acquire competitive advantage.
The project consisted of migrating engineering data (~ 80, 000 drawings) and business process knowledge from Detroit Diesel Corporation owned Teamcenter Engineering database to MTU new infrastructure following the sale of the Detroit Diesel Off- Highway business to MTU.
•Installed and validated MTU’s software and database on new equipment to mimic Detroit Diesel Corporation database schema
•Migrated about 80, 000 engineering drawing and associated data from Detroit Diesel database to MTU database
•Documented and delivered data migration process and tools to MTU for future reuse
•Architected and integrated Autoweb Collaborative Solution with Teamcenter Community & Visualization Siemens solutions for knowledge and intellectual property secured sharing and exchange within an extended enterprise
•Architected an Instant 3-D & 2-D Visual Conferencing Solution for secured real time collaboration with partners and suppliers
•Hosted Secured Virtual Neutral Project Rooms for multiple corporations (sometimes competitors) for collaboration and knowledge sharing on joint projects (example: GM-DCX-BMW joint hybrid project) outside of their firewalls
•Supported the implementation of the Autoweb Extended Enterprise Collaborative Exchange tool to several clients such as Ford, GM, DCX, BMW, Tupperware, etc.

Managed a team of 15 subordinates to re-engineer the product creation and knowledge management process and communize it across Ford, Mercury, Lincoln, Jaguar, Mazda, Volvo and Land Rover brands to drive efficiency in cross sharing and reuse of platform data implementing new technologies (40% efficiency gained).
•Acted as a subject matter and as a principal advisor on the product creation processes, technology management, lifecycle and new concepts development, project risk forecast, etc.

•Developed and deployed in both Teamcenter Engineering and VPM the concept of digital configured buck to all Ford’s global brands to reduce physical prototype models by 50%
•Conducted many FMEA's predictive analysis to gage potential points of failure and to institutionalize corrective actions as part of the enhanced process
•Lead few Six Sigma Green Belt projects and participated in few Six Sigma Black Belt Projects
•Interfaced with vendors especially with SDRC, EDS, UGS PLM and Dassault to manage requirements and functional specs, test beta version of the software and drove related tool and operational issues resolution (Closed over 2000 issues).
