I have been working as a Devisional Sales Director of Walton Digi Tech Industries Ltd.
I am responsible for revenue generate of Walton Plaza channel, Electronics Channel as well as corporate sales.

Sun Airvoice Pvt Ltd is tried to start Ziox mobile business in Bangladesh market.
1. Sales Planning & forecasting, Cash/Credit collection and reconciliation from clients.
2. Set up corporate strategies for valued clients. Ensure best product & service for them.
3. Evaluation for existing dealer (dealer management) and take corrective and preventive action to ease the system & process for the greater benefits of the organization.
4. Set KPI & QPS for sales people and enhance driven force to achieve the target.
5. Completed group discussion for consistent business growth among DNSM/RSM/ TSO/SR etc. regularly.
6. Analysis of outlet-wise channel inventory and current stock, closely monitor competitor activities and set the strategies to clutch the maximum market share.
7. Evaluate & review the yearly set strategic plan for TECL & OCTENN and put up recommendations for corrective actions to achieve the set targets by OCTENN & TECL.
8. Prepare sales activities budget, roadmap, and aging report for handsets and take corrective action to drive out from store.
9. Arrange monthly review meeting, workshop, professional training for existing employees for continuous improvement in the field of distribution and marketing.
10. Motivate the field force people by introducing various incentive plans for best performer effectively & efficiently.
11. Make tabulation sheet to evaluate sales activities/performance for TSO/RDS/SR for professional & personal growth.
12. Supervise direct sales & distribution process and ensure cash deposit accordingly and also reconciliation of physical inventory.
