• Track all employee records to follow up on all expiring date and renewals of employees’ passports, visas, insurance, contracts etc. to avoid taxes or fines.

• Outsource various recruitment companies, travel agencies, and meet with them in order to create packages or deals that would benefit the Group and its employees, and ensure that agreement is in compliance to the Qatari labor law.

• Represent the company with external parties such as other organizations, industry associations, employees, and public authorities in order to develop the company image, interests and reputation.

• Participate in suggesting amendments/updates to corporate organizational structure, authority matrices, and job descriptions to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of corporate operations.

• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of all activities relating to HR.

• Controlling and monitoring Visa process from end to end.

• Identify the Training & Development needs within the Division by working in close liaison with the Operations & Learning & Development team.

• Evaluate and suggests the modifications that are needed to upgrade and update the Human Resources module and communicates them to IT

• Prepare periodic reports that show the progress of human resources and administration activities.

• Drive & facilitate the Performance Appraisal process TO Evaluate staff and recommends annual raises according to their performance.
