• Concluded OCTG Direct Delivery Agreements for an estimated value of $3.4BN to cover Saudi Aramco requirements over 5-Years.
• Lead Procurement Team to develop 5-year Agreements for special Downhole equipment (material plus service installation) that also ensured the establishment of 4 local manufacturing facilities to ensure supply and promote the local economy. This action lead to cost savings over $60MM.
• Generated over $13MM in Cost Saving through other Price Negotiations and Discussions.
• Participated in Lean Event focusing on Procurement Integration of Services and Materials.
• Organized several workshops for Buyers with Downhole Equipment Manufacturers to build up on product knowledge and enhance communications and relationships with our suppliers.

· Oversee production scheduling in North American facilities to ensure customer needs are met and inventory velocity is improved out of each distribution center.

· Analyzed historical fleet maintenance records to produce a model to forecast expenses throughout lifetime of vehicles, namely tandem tractors and straight trucks.· Complementing the research, further analysis was undertaken to determine the optimum replacement cycle of the fleet and cost/benefit analysis of lease versus buy with heavy use of regression models.
