I have started my career as a Research Officer at Marie Stopes Society in March 2010, where I gained valuable experience in conducting research and data analysis. Having demonstrated my skills and commitment, I have progressed within the organization and currently, I am serving as a Research, Monitoring and Evaluation (RME) Specialist at Marie Stopes Society. In this role, I apply my expertise in designing research studies, conducting data analysis, and evaluating program effectiveness. I play a crucial role in supporting strategic planning and decision-making processes by providing evidence-based insights and recommendations. With my strong background in research and evaluation, I am able to contribute to the organization's goals of improving program performance and impact.
Research:
• Conducted literature reviews and synthesized research findings to inform program design and evaluation.
• Developed research questions and hypotheses for investigation.
• Designed and administered surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
• Collected and analyzed primary and secondary data to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Conducted data cleaning and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Developed and implemented data quality assurance measures to monitor the validity and reliability of collected data.
Monitoring:
• Designed and implemented performance monitoring frameworks and indicators to track program progress and outcomes.
• Developed monitoring and reporting systems to regularly assess the effectiveness and efficiency of program activities.
• Conducted routine monitoring visits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
• Produced monitoring reports and dashboards to communicate monitoring findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborated with program teams to identify and address any challenges or gaps identified through monitoring activities.
• Implemented feedback mechanisms to engage beneficiaries and stakeholders in the monitoring process.
Evaluation:
• Designed and conducted program evaluations, including impact evaluations, to assess the effectiveness of interventions.

• Applied qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques to evaluate program outcomes and impacts.
• Prepared evaluation reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations for program improvement.
