• As Project Leader, successfully delivered implementation of Oracle EBS (Financials, Supply Chain & MSCA, Engineering, Quality, MRP, Discrete & Repetitive Manufacturing modules), managing all aspects of the project i.e. delivery side as well as business readiness for the change from inception till closure.
• Played leading role in designing & establishing a Tier 2 Data Center, cost effectively & efficiently, to serve as a reliable platform for delivery of IT Services & Applications.
• Proficient implementation of converged network solution using active and passive technology components from PANDUIT, Cisco & Juniper

• Identifying, defining, preparing feasibility (TCO, Cost Benefit Analysis, ROI etc.), appraising, planning and governing projects and programs meeting acceptance criterion, whilst ensuring adherence to organizational policies, methodologies and service standards
• Keep track of human resources & skill requirements by efficient IT HR planning, setting performance measures, goals & objectives, recommending training, conducting team reviews quarterly and annually

• Successfully completed several COTS implementation projects in industry segments like oil field supplies, general trading, auction houses, shipping companies & travel industry.
• Implemented a turnkey solution for an automobile auction house. The scope of project consisted of implementation of Tier 2 ERP solution, Document Management System & a dynamic Portal to support live auction & online bidding facilities.
