Train new CAREEM Captains (an average of 20 new CAREEM Captains per session). The training involves operation of the Captain application, general and special conditions and regulations, and customer satisfaction guidelines and tips.
• Manage Western region business to business, small & mid-market accounts (over 150 accounts), which include key accounts such as Abdul Latif Jameel, Almarai, and SIPCO.
• Clarify customers’ and clients’ requirements and recommend the appropriate products.
• Prepare quotations with consideration to competition and customer profile.
• Coordinate with our suppliers on any business opportunities, problem solving and customer service matters.
• Negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Organize sales visits and attended and participated in trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Attract new business through activities such as cold-calling, networking and meeting with potential clients.
