Profile: Working under the Group Marketing & CRM Manager, with a responsibility to
oversee tasks related to content marketing, customer relations management and
marketing procurement.
• Working with my team to develop content for all AMTC brands (KIA, Renault
Trucks, Changan, Valvoline, etc.)
• Responsible for overall content needs on social media and all digital/print
platforms & publications.
• Responsible for development and dissemination of PRs and other informational
content.
• Working with manager on developing SEO/SMO strategies
• Part of the team handling CRM tasks with a focus on dealing with customer
concerns, digital lead generation & process streamlining.
• Responsible for developing and executing events and branding strategies for
upcoming products/services.
• Responsible for procurement of all marketing/branding collateral related to
marketing activities.
• Liaising with third-party suppliers for execution of events, launches, reveals,
collateral development, etc.
Working directly with the company Director, taking responsibility for content and marketing requirements.
Creating and executing social media marketing campaigns.
Managing all social media accounts.
Continuously developing and editing all content on the website.
Working closely with designers and developers on website layouts and designs.
Headed the content and branding division of the company which included the following tasks and responsibilities
Manage a team of content writers & designers to ensure smooth operation
Service and manage clients’ brand & market position to ensure goals are met
Supervise/Edit client web content to ensure originality and quality
Supervise articles, blogs, press releases, newsletters, reports, etc. for consumption quality
Liaise with media agencies for brand building and market strength
Create monthly project reports diagraming previous and forecasted plans
Draw up budget wireframes and define project scope
Conceptualize and create strategies to take advantage of prospective market opportunities
Led a team of in-house and freelance content writers to undertake and fulfill the following responsibilities
Manage and upload writer submissions
Assign and manage submission deadlines
Proofread/Edit and manage articles, newsletters, web page content, etc.
Assist in the hiring and training of new writers and specialists
Supervise and help build several new sections of the website from scratch
Participate and collect information in Automotive Events such as Mahindra Monastery Escape, Mahindra Royal Escape, Etc.
Write and promote (on social media and print media platforms) travelogues and feature articles from Automotive Events
Head a bi-monthly writing and social media seminar for employees
