*Implement the sales strategy within the organization.
*Respond to all potential customer queries via email, postal mail, fax, telephone or walk ins.
*Respond/resolve your existing customer queries/complaints via email, postal mail, fax, telephone or walk ins or assist/liaison with the customer service department in the same, as and when deemed necessary.
*Oversee/coordinate reservations, contract issuance, transfers, resale, updations and amendments in the contents of contracts, payments recovery or/and assist/liaison with the customer service department, as and when deemed necessary.
*Resolve customer problems directly/indirectly, either through account research and activity or through routing to appropriate staff members.
*Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, events, road shows, seminars, conferences, workshops, both locally and internationally, as and when deemed necessary.
*Format all customer communications in coordination with the marketing, sales, customer service and finance department.
*Route appropriate customer feedback/suggestions/concerns to the concerned departments.
*Extensive interaction with customers providing information on projects, services, new initiatives, marketing services, surveys, etc.
*Routing of the project summary/construction updates via regular coordination with the sales, customer service. Marketing and projects department.
*Coordinate site visits and client meetings.
*Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed including customers’ details, payments details, historical records, customer files and databases.
*Gather/assists with collection of the customer testimonials and references as and whenever required by the concerned departments.
*Assist overall running of the sales department.
*Ensure that high levels of service are offered to all customers, management, partners and stake holders.
*Giving timely feedback on yours and your section’s performance with weekly performance reports to Sales Manager.
