Main Tasks:
•Participate in preparing annual budget (forecasts for revenue and expenses)
•Review and approve journal entries prepared by Accounting staff
•Provide accounting support for AR Collections, AR Billings, Cash Applications and rental groups
•Calculate and evaluate the monthly reserve schedule
•Assist in annual and quarterly financial statement audits
•Establish effective communication lines with other departments
•Create documentation for daily and monthly procedures
•Participate in AR Accounting Projects and support project needs in other accounting and finance areas

•Inspect and control petty cash bills
•Financial Statements Preparation & Closing Accounts.

•Raise reports to senior management to follow up and improve performance.
•Constant review of the various banks accounts and does the necessary adjustments.
•Create necessary reconciliation for the movement accounts.
