Main Tasks:
•Participate in preparing annual budget (forecasts for revenue and expenses)
•Review and approve journal entries prepared by Accounting staff
•Provide accounting support for AR Collections, AR Billings, Cash Applications and rental groups

•Prepare the list of fixed assets and depreciation rates in accordance with established policy.
•Prepare the chart of accounts and evidence of cost centers of the group companies and their subsidiaries.
•Prepare of budgets and compared with the estimated actual implementation and follow-up.
•Participate in the preparation of feasibility studies projects and new activities
•Ensure implementation of the company credit policies which organize the work.
•Control of the petty cash and administrative expenses and recorded firsthand.
•Follow up and recorded the collection from customers firsthand.
•Review new files and make sure to complete all the required documents to sell term.
•Recorded for the daily collections, whether in cash or by check or through sister companies.
•Record Sales firsthand.
•Follow up with insurance companies to record additions, deletions and the extension the vehicle insurance policies for sold vehicles which registered in the name of the company.
•Work on necessary adjustments with our sister companies through the debit and credit notes
•Raise reports to senior management to follow up and improve performance.
•Constant review of the various banks accounts and does the necessary adjustments.
•Create necessary reconciliation for the movement accounts.
