Translation & Localization: Translate Arabic documents and authority results into precise English formats for reporting, ensuring
contextual accuracy across IDs, certificates, court records, and employment proofs.
Financial Operations Support: Validate vendor invoices, reconcile case status vs. charges, manage pre-approvals for high-cost checks,
coordinate payment cycles, and support collections follow-up.
Workflow Optimization & Digital Enablement: Improve operational processes, refine case routing logic, manage platforms and
dashboards, and support automation initiatives that reduce TAT and enhance reporting integrity.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients to clarify missing documents, requirements, and case statuses;
prepare MOMs; and maintain clear communication flows between operations, vendors, and finance.
Compliance & Documentation Stewardship: Maintain structured archives, uphold confidentiality standards, and prepare weekly and
monthly performance reports covering SLA adherence and operational KPIs.
