* Coordinate public & tailored training programs to meet training needs and track training evaluations and outcomes to measure training effectiveness.
* Conduct interviews for Junior & Middle Management Positions or Internship Programs, and shadow interviews for Senior Management Positions.
* Responsible for ensuring the fairness of performance management process, tracking the Performance Development Plans, and coming up with an analysis for employees’ performance as well as organizational performance as a whole.
* Responsible for measuring HR KPIs annually and setting the annual HR Operational Plan accordingly.
* Arrange for the company's communication meetings, conferences, activities, events and departmental initiatives.
Achievements:
•In 2012, settled Medical Care Policy for Labors’ Families that covered as many ambiguities as possible and was acknowledged as one of the main achievements for Dreem in 2012.
•In 2012, awarded Star Employee for 2011.
•In 2010, conducted benchmarks with 13 factories whereby I managed to unravel all hidden areas in factory as well as it helped and is still helping in taking major decisions for the labors till now as I keep updating it (e.g implementing Family Medical Coverage to Labors)
•In 2009, redesigning all the job descriptions of the total company positions in order to be competency based and match our strategy towards creating competency-based HR practices.
