Working as a Supervising Engineer for Sabeel al Handaseh Consulting Engineering. My duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Review, amend and approve the construction drawings.
- Review, amend and approve the Project submittals (PQP, HSE plan, Material submittals, Technical submittals and Method statements)
- Quantity surveying as per the approved BoQ's.
- Variation orders consultation for the client approvals.
- Follow up and update the work plan as per the actual site progress.
- Recovery plan generation.
- Interim payments validation.
- Cash flow control.
- Daily, Weekly and monthly reports preparation for the client.
Worked as a General Civil Engineer for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, where my roles and responsibilities included but were not limited to:
- Site supervision and frequent inspections for several ongoing projects.
- Design validation.
- Contractor & consultant’s pre-qualification process.
- Tender documents preparation.
- Tender technical and financial evaluation.
- Interim payments validation.
- Daily, weekly and monthly project documentation.
As a part of Civil Engineering Department pre-graduation requirements; I have been through two months of practical on-site training to witness and practice the actual project implementation according to the approved drawings and technical specifications.
