Handling over 200 accounts and Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Forecast and track accounts metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Prepare reports on account status.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Handling a wide range of accounts, following up on their documents and uploading their details and menus into the system.
Acting as a primary point of contact with clients and providing exceptional day-to-day client service.
Liaising between clients and different internal teams, such as marketing, operations and finance departments.
Ensure timely and successful changes on offerings, client working hours, and occasional offers and temporary amendments.
Analyzing data and developing regular reports for different internal and external stakeholders.
Handling partners’ documents and maintaining complete folders of every client.
Stay in contact with clients and cater to their day-to-day training needs and enquiries about the system via phone and email.
Maintain visual consistency and quality on the application by overlooking submitted photos and editing and resizing them as needed
