•Develop transportation strategy for owned and lease vehicles based on operation requirements and budget.

•Preparing and managing the annual fleet budget ensuring its alignment with business plan objectives.
•Lead continuous cost improvement, productivity management, and process improvement strategies that drive profitability.
•Oversee collaboration with fleet maintenance providers to analyze historical data and determine long-term strategies.
•Direct the strategic plan for fleet replacement using maintenance records Vs logistics requirements.

Logistic, transportation and warehouse
•Helps Company consistently achieve its target customer service levels with a minimum investment in inventories and distribution costs.
•Set all agreements for international & Local transportation (3PL`s & 4PL`s) and central warehouse with services providers from end to end.
•Manage all outbound distribution activities including transportation management, outbound customs, and stocks insurance.
•Lead the negotiations with all 3PL`s from operations side to make cost improvements.
•Manage transportation between warehouses, 3rd party fillers.
•Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and WMS in all warehouses.
•Establish and monitor shift patterns to ensure resources are allocated in an optimum manner, considering current and anticipated throughput of the 3rd party warehouse.
•Monitor daily, weekly shipping plans to ensure availability of all products in all distribution centers.
•Ensuring delivery of all exported products in time and within planned lead time.
•Responsible for timely clearance of consignments from customs.
•Ensure full support of the Logistics department in all cross functional projects and initiatives.

•Play an integral role in the end to end supply chain by maintaining a close liaison with the Supply and Demand Satellite and Distribution warehouses.

•Coordinate with insurance companies in case of any accident to be reimbursed.
Periodic Maintenance
•Set all agreements for work shop sources to Insure implementing the regular and sudden maintenance for all fleet on time and as per the manufactures recommended standers to ensure running the truck in good shape and avoid break down time.
•Control over maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of vehicles
Business development
•Propose new ideas and initiatives to the direct manager to improve the productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the logistic services unit.
Financial Coordination
•Manage L/C procedures and conditions in coordination with the financial department to save company rights and assure of insurance policies.
•Review the monthly invoices of leasing contracts and deduct any charges against delay, damages, and losses to ensure reserving company right.
