(1) Procurement’s responsibilities
•Develop purchasing strategies which meet with the operational requirements for different plants.
•Prepare the procurement plans for all required Raw material and services.
•Manage procurement functions Planning operation (contracted time, delivery schedule, inventories level & analysis, international & local logistic situation from end to end and managing supplier relations)
(2) Transportation responsibilities
•Develop transportation strategy for owned and lease vehicles based on operation requirements and budget.
•Develop operational strategy aiming at cutting costs, enhancing fuel efficiency, maximizing fleet utilization, minimize OPEX and maximize operating profits for all types of goods.
•Preparing and managing the annual fleet budget ensuring its alignment with business plan objectives.
•Lead continuous cost improvement, productivity management, and process improvement strategies that drive profitability.
•Oversee collaboration with fleet maintenance providers to analyze historical data and determine long-term strategies.
•Direct the strategic plan for fleet replacement using maintenance records Vs logistics requirements.
•Evaluate current fleet modules and data to establish new business requirements based on fleet strategies; recommend development and management of fleet systems.
•Oversee capital expenditure functions through purchase order creation, delivery tracking, invoice processing, and updating budget reports.
(3) Warehouse responsibilities
•Setup warehouse strategy plan for long, medium, and short-term.
•Setup warehouse KPI’s to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/corrective actions are taken accordingly.
•Monitor +5, 900 SKU all warehouse functions across the operation and be sure apply the policy & procedure.
•Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
•Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
•Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
•Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditure; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
•Ensure the efficient warehouse space utilization for + 31, 500 Pallets of finished goods according to required specifications.
