Engineering support experience:
• Loop Check, Functional check, Commissioning and startup of EOEG/AMINES plants.
• Implementing more than 20 New Recipes (NLA2EO, PEG300, LS-7EO (Henkel Grade), ITA8EO, Casteroil 30/40/55EO, …) in DCS for AMINES - Ethoxylates.
• Maintaining, Modification and troubleshooting instrumentation and process related issues for day-to-day EOEG/AMINES plant operation.
• Lead for Alarms Rationalization and Management System for all SK plants.
• Implementation of Field and logic changes in DCS, Triconex PLC, Allen Bradley PLC and MMS through MOC (Management of change) procedure for process and operation optimization.
• Preparing the Failure analysis reports for management and follow ups for recommendations implementation.
• Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for TRICONEX System for AMINES plant in Singapore.
• Responsible for carrying out the Control Systems (DCS, PESS, PLC's, etc) SW/HW development and Implementation of new Ethoxylates grades.
• Responsible for optimizing/Enhancing the control systems of existing grades in coordination with the process technologist.
• Work with the process technologist in batch sequencing logic
• Work with the process technologist to convert/modify and implement new Control SW/HW related to the new Ethoxylates grades
• Participate in the development of shutdown and turnaround work lists.
• Evaluating of loops Drawing, Instrument drawing locations. Cable Schedule and Wiring Diagrams.
• EO Expansion Vessel Installation - HAZOP Study
• Participate in EOEG and PP HAZOP Revalidation
