Diamer Bhasha Dam Project is large multi-purpose dam project located in Paksitan and is expected to be one of the largest dam in the World once Completed. The Dam will have an installed capacity of 4, 500 MW and will generate 18, 100 gigawatt-hours(GWh) of electricity annually. It is estimated that the Dam will provide about 6.4 million acre-Feet(MAF) of water for Irrigation.

Key Responsibilities:
1- Performing on Site QA/QC activities in accordance with this procedure including routine observations, regular spot checks and participation in planned inspections.
2- Planning QA activities on Site in Collaboration with Contractors QA/QC team and the Design Team.
3-Reporting observations and recommended actions to Contractor by completion of a QA Observation Report(QOR).
4-Reporting Non conformance to Contractor by completion of a construction phase corrective action request (CCAR)
5- Facilitating communication between contractor Site Staff and Consultant Supervision / design teams to respond to site queries.
6-Maintaining records of QOR's, NCR's, Quality Audits and CCAR's.
7-Monitoring, Reviewing and regularly reporting on the status of findings raised through QOR's, CCAR's and Audit Reports.
8-Identifying trends and common areas for improvements.
9-Attend weekly meeting with Contractor Quality team & Client's Quality team to discuss quality related issues.
10- Prepare weekly reports and Monthly reports and submit to Manager QA/QC.

Diamer Basha Dam will be a roller compacted concrete (RCC) gravity dam with a crest length exceeding 1000m and a max height of 272m (World's tallest RCC Dam)

1-Repair & maintenance of DKR channel
2-Construction of Fire training building

*Preparation & implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures,
*Monitor policies & procedures and report any areas where improvement is required,
*Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the project quality plans and procedure recommendations,
*Ensure timely and effective resolution for QA/QC related issues, in coordination with Project Manager/Consultant,

Power House & Tunnel Construction

1-Supervision of vertical shaft (Dia=18m)Construction & all above ground drilling and blasting activities on daily basis as per the approved blasting pattern in accordance with Site Condition.
2-Supervision of Steel Sheet pile cellular cofferdam construction which includes the sheet piles fabrication and erection .
3-Supervision of powerhouse and penstock slope cut excavation, Powerhouse construction & Structural Concrete.
4- Raise RFI for inspection of reinforcement, formwork and ensure the inspection successful prior to pour concrete.
5- Supervision of concrete pouring at Site, check the required slump, Concrete temperature and pouring techniques.
