Overseeing the implementation and compliance of contractual UK warehousing and distribution
capabilities whilst monitoring logistics expenditure, and conducting in-depth analysis of SLAs, to
ensure comprehensive visibility and traceability of KPIs across both B2B and B2C channels.
• Responsible for proposing and co-developing solutions for enhanced ERP functionality and a more aligned data interchangeability between internal/external ERP systems and third-party WMS.
• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of customer accounts covering all aspects of products set-up, EDI integration, customer-based pick, pack & dispatch specifications and sales reporting.

monthly stock/goods returns provisions, as well as with IT team to ensure optimum ERP performance.
• Propose protentional opportunities and process design for in-house merchandising and co-packing
capabilities for cost effective and timely execution of marketing activations.
• Managed the transition of fulfilment from France to UK 3PL including complete coordination of EDI
set-up between internal ERP, 3PL, and customers.
• Ownership of order to invoice for 1/3 of key business accounts including supervision of EDI
transmissions to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing.
• Coordination of all NPD plans and prerequisites to ensure timely product launches followed by up-todate weekly business-wide product launch progress reports.
• Weekly tracking and reporting on sales revenue against forecasts/targets for progress evaluation
against budget.
• Working directly with key customer accounts and 3PLsto ensure stock fulfilment, design and execution of promotional campaigns and offering maximum visibility of the logistics process whilst minimizing any issues.

volumes, real-time constraints/variables and resources available.
• Coordinating and configuring workflows with delivery stations to ensure smooth sortation, timely dispatch, correct volume share allocation and route planning for delivery service providers.
