• Assist to Develop and create new services/products to seek new revenue and profit source for the company by researching the market, defining the service, create order flow, logistics flow/workflow, and design support, fault and restoration flow, in co-operation with the various product support groups.
• Modify and enhance existing Product/Services features, pricing, pricing structure according to marketing directions and market situations.
• Continuously improve workflows, procedures and logistics for the end-to-end process.
• Initiate and execute beta test of new and enhanced services
• Support Sales major bids/tenders
• Evaluate emerging technologies/solutions/vendor proposals/quotes for current & future solutions
• Co-operate with marketing for promotions/product trials/beta tests.
• Supervisory Responsibility includes contractors/outsourced partners/Internal task forces.
-Meeting the quantity and quality requirements of customers.
-Maintaining and improving existing systems and facilities for efficiency and cost reduction.
-Keeping the partner morale high to retain them.
-Ensure the team is motivated to meet goals through constant interaction, advice and training
-Consult suppliers, outside agencies and in-house experts to improve the systems and solve problems
-Understand the requirements of customers and satisfy them accordingly

-Monitor the existing QMS and ensure strict adherence to it.
-Appraise management the training requirements of the partners and implement them as scheduled.
-Implement cost reduction activities and monitor benefits.
