I worked directly with client towards the successful completion and turnover of the 40villas project in the Abu Dhabi city. My two-year involvement included; establishing the scope and concept for the first phase of development, creating site logistics plans, meeting with local governmental agencies, administrating contractor / subcontractor contracts, administrating on-going construction, reviewing pay Applications, as well as hosting design, scope review, and subcontractor meetings. I also managed design quality control and value engineering processes while insuring that the project stayed on schedule and within budget.
• Meeting clients for brief.
• Prepare Concept Design including sketches, samples, presentation boards and perspectives. Design development including coordination with different engineering disciplines.
• Conduct Project Presentation to Clients and incorporate comments.
• Prepare shop drawings, contact various suppliers for new materials and technical data.
• Monitor the Contractors progress on site, hold coordination meetings to solve site technical issues.
• Site supervision, snagging and handing over..
• Set targets and lead the team to meet the targets and objectives of each project
- Prepare the Concept Design, all relevant presentations & perspectives.
- Produce the Detailed Drawings & coordinate between different engineering disciplines.
- Share the team to produce and finalize all architectural competitions.
- Prepare exterior/Interior Perspectives using the latest software
- Meet potential clients and perform effective presentations.
• Sharing the Team Design to produce interior designs for different projects.
• Producing all required Interior Perspectives using several techniques.
• Preparing the working drawings for the interior designs.
• Advanced presentation of design concepts (plans, elevations & shots).
• Reviewing the fixed décor work on site.
