- Managing Retail division projects.

- Gathering Project requirements in terms with the
product/solution to be developed and deployed; defining project scope and devising a structured project plan/roadmap based on client/project requirements.

- Managing various project scheduling tools for effective project control.

- Performing Task Allocation function, ensuring completion of stipulated tasks within the targeted timeline, and a high-quality delivery.

- Involved in project planning and execution, including day-to-day reviews with the project team, weekly reviews with the project review committee.

- Identifying current and potential risks in the project, in order to plan mitigation and initiate timely preventive actions to avoid project delays.

- Implementing and managing change when necessary to meet project outputs.

• Analyzing project budget performance according to the stakeholders’ requirements and business objectives.

- Establishing and maintaining a network of key relationships both at tactical and strategic levels within the various departments to maximize the ability of delivery.

- Coordination with IT & Business team for UAT exercise, and Gap analysis.

- Production and maintenance of project documentation, with particular emphasis on; RFP, Issues log, Business Case, and Post Implementation Reviews.

The Summer Training Program is designed for college students who will be offered full-time jobs with Saudi Aramco Company during the Program.
