• Supervising Process all types of visas including employment and residency visas, and track for extension, cancelation or transfer as applicable.
• Supervising the Process, track and renew company related permits, Authorized Signatory, and licenses.
• Process and track issuance and cancelation of work permits, government health Insurance, medical test & fingerprint registration, and civil ID issuance and cancelation.
• Coordinate with HR to register/cancel Kuwaiti employees with the Social Security.
• Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration/labor office and tally sponsorships.
• Coordinate with HR to complete departure and exit formalities for employees after the cancellation of visas.
• Responsible of Telecommunication company contract which include the renewal, Invoices auditing, terminating and handling all issues related to it.
• Coordinating, liaising and networking between insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other requirements.
• Responsible for filing and tracking insurance claims and informing employees of their claims status for Kuwait and KSA.
• Process insurance and disability claims in a timely manner.
• Entertain employees’ queries regarding policy coverage.
• Maintains strict confidentiality related to medical records and other data.
• Coordinate with travel agents for ticketing managements.
• Verify and process travel tickets & hotel invoices for payments.
• Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.
• Supervising the managing of Employees transportation.
• Creating Purchase orders related to transportation, telecommunication and travel.
• Supporting Employee Relation Department in their new projects.
• Replacing Employee Relation & compensation & Benefit staff in their Absences.
• Acting as frontline support during pandemic.
•Preparation of the monthly payroll including checking the payroll month end reporting and reconciliation.
•Ensuring the calculation of all salary deductions are made accurately and that payments are made on a timely basis.
•Maintenance of all salary records to meet statutory requirements.
•Liaising with Heads of Departments in order to ensure that all relevant documentation is received and processed relating to New starters
•Handling Attendance reports each month by collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
•Calculating bonuses and allowances.
•Ensuring accurate payroll transactions and payments.
•Answering general payroll enquires, including policies etc.
•Regular filling and archiving of payroll information.
•Resolving payroll issues.
•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
•Provide counselling on policies and procedures
•Create and implementation effective onboarding plans.
•Maintaining current HR files and databases.
•Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
•Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations.
