Customers Service Western Region Management
Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with sales director.
• Coordinate with team members to assure on time completion of proposals.
• Perform with Sales Director to prepare and execute detailed presentations, tactics, metric, systems and action plans.
• Ensure to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets.
• Execute and manage an organization Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Support sales, marketing as well as customer service.
• Develop system support for deriving main sales metrics from existing CRM system.
• Prepare and maintain entire quarterly commission reports in synchronization with accounting team.
• Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and case studies.
• Coordinate with Marketing to develop collateral, outbound marketing efforts and website updates.
• Maintain and update annually all standard company library.
• Coordinate and manages training courses for the sales team with training department
• Directly handling sales customers’ complaints through different channels (RO, MOC and call center).
• Directly handling lead distribution for marketing and JLR online leads
