• Prepare the proposals and ideas for Marketing plans
• Coordinate Marketing campaigns
• Contact and follow-up the supplier of Marketing tools
• Follow-up the designs
• Arranging exhibitions
• Supervising on Five Merchandising employees by:
 Make sure the workflow was doing correctly by report and field visit
 Sure to follow the route
 Follow-up mechanism of an arranging the shelves or stands
 Follow-up the customer’s suggestions & complaints
 Monthly meeting with Promoters to exchange the information about the market & the competitions and find the right solutions.
• Weekly field visits to the market and POS to monitor the promotion Performance
• Manage the promotion materials
• Follow-up competition and prepare the reports
• Follow-up the merchandising employees and their performance in Point of sales


• Follow-up, arrangement and mechanism view of products on the shelves and
maintaining the share shelf by :
 Shelf Share and the number of product faces
 Using the promotional material ( Shelf talker, Divider, Wobblers, End caps )
 Contract to build pyramids in POS
 Monitor to put the Stand in place a clear and visible
• Processing and organizing the merchandising contracts for POS
• Manage the Social media like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube
• Reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager .
