Mach 2022: start acting as a Project Sales Manager.
■ Managing Sales Activities by achieving growth and hitting sales targets. ■ Participates in sales calls with members of the sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business. ■ Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., DEMOs, generating proposals, writing contracts, customer correspondence). ■ Building successful relationships that generate sales opportunities. ■ Manage the marketing activities to ensure that they follow the company strategy and generating the most available number of leads from the market. ■ Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue. ■ Create/Monitor sales forecasts and analyze leads stages and data. ■ Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
■ Acquire new business organization (Enterprise/SME) accounts to increase GO’s market share. ■ Build strong relationship with key persons within the concerned business organizations. ■ Achieve specified sales targets set by Manager, Business Sales. ■ Gather and confirm business organizations requirements. ■ Collect RFP’s from business organizations. ■ Prepare proposals (Technical/Financial) based on collected RFP in coordination with concerned Divisions/departments (Network Solutions/Business Solutions/...etc.). ■ Respond to business organizations queries in a timely manner. ■ Manage a sales process and pipeline to ensure success. ■ Manage the prospect`s buying process and the GO sales process to properly manage pipeline.
■ Ensure an accurate forecast. ■ Document sales process and discussions with prospects and customers in CRM.
• Take responsibility for driving new business sales opportunities, from initial prospect to closing the opportunity.
• Build a prospect list to ensure the sustainability of my pipeline is upheld and my agreed revenue targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Prepare and present financially-driven sales proposals and presentations to offer
MOBILY’s products and solutions.
• Work closely with inside sales, pre-sales, account management, order management marketing, and operations to ensure seamless hand off of prospect and customer relationships at the beginning and end of the sales opportunity management cycle.
• Lead the Corporate Account Executives assigned to LE Sales in the region to manage the corporate accounts in terms of achieving the sales targets.
• Identify new opportunities and develop leads in the designated segment.
• Manage the structuring and closing of deals with Corporate Customers.
• Manage customer’s expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
• Build team cohesiveness and coach team members.
• Execute the projects and ensure a timely and successful completion.
• Monitor report the progress of implementing major corporate sales initiatives.
• Handle a list of 30 VIP Accounts.
• Ensure that the customer receives a high level of customer delight with all Services and works to maximize MOBILY Services revenue and profitability within my assigned accounts.
• Escalates high-level service quality issues, when necessary, to the highest levels of Services management.
• Schedules and conducts regular meetings with customers to review service quality, plan and ensure new service assumption quality.
• Assigned named accounts and submits periodic status reports to their manager.
• Responsible for owning the key service relationship with the customer, and is responsible for ensuring that Services are cross-sold and customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Represent account-specific performance and match to SLA requirements for compliance.
• Manage a set of assigned accounts “SME & SOHO Accounts” within corporate sales in order to achieve the sales revenue target.
• Promote and sell MOBILY business services and solutions.
• Identify new opportunities and develop leads in the designated segment.
• Manage the structuring and closing of deals with Corporate “SME & SOHO” customers.
• Confirm customer’s needs to ensure their retention.
• Expand Corporate “SME & SOHO” customer portfolios through cross and up selling.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
