2- Write Orders on Papers & Excel Sheets.
3- Prepare Goods from the store.
4- Give Goods to delegates for each area.
5- Ship with our shipping companies.
6-Recive the collections and returns.
7-Preparing account statements.
8-Enter receipts and payments to the company.
Job Purpose: Handle all shipments effectively, efficiently, and on time.
•Regular following up and contacts with clients in order to provide them the current statues of them orders.
•Handle Job Process among (Factory & Shipping Co., & Freight Line’s & Customs Area & Bank’s).
•Handle new forwarder & Inspection and courier companies to arrange impacts with Rock Ceramic Co., ARAMEX, PANTOS LOGISTICS, BUREAU VERITA, SGS & UPS etc…
•Prepare paperwork for shipments and finish it according to clients need.
•Handle all Acc# of clearance & Forwarder with interior accounting department.
•Analyzing reasons of failure & success for each export operation in order to take good lead & to overcome weakness.
•Attend & participate in international exhibitions which serve our exportation target.
•Work under ISO 9001 Regulations.
