O&M contract for MOH hospital in - Medina Monawara Region which includes :
1- Operation and maintenance of all hospital equipment except “Medical Equipments”.
2- Follow sub contractors regular visits and maintenance reports.
3- Follow regular maintenance schedules for different hospital systems (Central A/C system, Fire fighting and fire alarm system, Medical gas station, Water treatment plant, laundry equipments, Diesel
Generators) .
4- Using ORACLE cloud for materials requests “spare parts and consumables”, purchasing requests,
project staff members, follow project performance.
5- Prepare monthly financial extracts for working labors and consumables according to the contract.

-Maintenance and operation for Utility Department in New Juice Plant”NJP”:
1- Steam boilers station “Model Bosch12 ton/hr.”, network components “steam traps, valves, etc…” .
2- Air conditioning system in the plant AHU and FCU using BMS for monitoring and control
the system .
3- Ammonia plants include Screw compressors “Model Sabore”, Water cooled cooling towers,
chilled water pumps, ammonia leak detectors, Evaporators ..Etc... and consist of three plants:
A plant: used to provide water with temperature 5oc, supply for AHU and FCU” .
B plant: Provide directly ammonia with temperature ( -18 oc )“Raw materials freezers”
C: used to provide water with 1oc water, as a supply for products Refrigerators and Process”.
4- Central Air compressed plant “Atlas Copco”, used to supply the plant with dry air with
pressure 7 bar .

Maintenance and operation for mechanical department sections which included :
1- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets to ensure that maintenance is carried out
within agreed costs.
2- Maintain comprehensive records of stocks and maintenance carried out.
3-Maintenance and operation for Resort’s Utility stations including:
a. Boiler station (Steam& hot water boilers- Heat exchangers -Feed and reverse pumps) .
b.Desalination plant (Reverse Osmosis) with total capacity of 1250 m3/day (Seawater pumps, raw
water pumps and HPP pumps).
c. Swimming pools plant (filtrations pumps, multimedia filters and plumbing works) .
4- Sewage plant equipments (filtrations pumps, sand filters and plumbing works) .
5-Regular maintenance for AC units, DX units in public areas, walk in freezers and fridges.
6-Perform required workshop drawing for (steel and stainless steel) workshops and follow the
execution of requiredwork.
7-Follow up annual and monthly Preventive maintenance of solar panels (storage hot water systems)
to supply hot water for buildings using solar energy.
8-Contribute in infra-structure layouts (cold & hot water network- sewage network) update.
9- Follow up the monthly Budget for mechanical department and CapEX.

1-Operation and Maintenance for EOT and installations works as being part of projects team.
2- Review technical offer for each project and its validity for execution in the site.
3- Perform sites survey to overcome obstacles before and during installations.
4- Follow up maintenance contracts signed with different companies.
- GCC Sites :Supervision of installing double girder crane (25/10) ton for (Kingdom of Bahrain).
Operations and Maintenance for cranes with different capacities and different types like (ABB
Company in Mall of Egypt, Modern Plast Co, WATERLEAU Company, Dasco Petroleum Services
Company and AL-Marasem International for Development).
