•Implements effective procedures to optimize performance, lead procurement through providing leadership in order to achieve high-performance standards.
•Manage the development of all policies and procedures related to procurement function and manage proper coordination to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Compare prices of suppliers and subcontractors with the cost, negotiate the best price, Prepare the contract of the awarded sub-contractors.
• Resolve any conflicts or discrepancies arising between the project manager and subcontractors.
•Coordinate with other engineering units and project directors to review specs for project items.
•Develop and coordinate with the contract department the guidelines and obligations for suppliers.
•Maintain relationships with suppliers and services providers, follow up on disputes with them.
•Ensure timely processing of purchasing orders and as well as logistics to ensure material availability for projects.
•Monitor the project staff, and subcontractors to achieve the target requirements.
•Review drawings and specifications and discuss with the technical team all disputes.

•Support tendering team in tendering preparation
•Coordinate with other engineering units to review specs for project items.
•Follow and monitor the site activities.
