3- Construction Manager (Kuwait Diplomatic Head Quarter in Cairo)
(From 01/09/2008 to 31/8/2009)
Scope of Work:
i. The work comprises complete building, turnkey bases, including basement, ground floor & nine floors. The building consists of deep foundation 50 cm * 80 cm diameter piles with 15 m depth, including the concrete skeleton & very high standard finishes such as mechanical fix, granite façade and internal finishing with marble, porcelain, gypsum board, ……Etc.
The electro-mechanical work consists of central HVAC using chilled water system, plumbing, fire fighting system, M V, L V voltage system including transformers MRU, pack up generator, all lighting and low current system like fire alarm, telephone, CCTV and a very high security system
ii. Total Area: of the building is 12000 m2 not including the landscape.
iii. Project Value: U$ 12, 000, 000.00.
iv. Project Period: 36 months.
v. Client: Kuwait Embassy - Cairo, Kuwait Real Estate Inves. Consortium.
vi. Owner Representative: International Projacs.
vii. Consultant: Urban Projects
