 Building up the whole ISO ( 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 18001:2007) system
 Establishing standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing products or materials.
 Establishing and monitoring warehouse KPI's ( including expenditures and budgeting )
 Developing a space utilization plan to meet prescribed cost and services standards.
 Developing and implementing an effective product locator system.
 Developing, and implementing warehouse safety and security programs
 Inspecting physical condition of warehouse and equipment and preparing work orders for testing, maintenance, or repair
 Reviewing invoices, work orders, consumption reports, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and issue work assignments.
 Supervising the activities of worker engaged in receiving, storing, inspection and testing products or materials.
 Interacting with customers and staff to solicit new business, answer questions about services offered or required, and investigate complaints
 Interviewing, selecting, and training of warehouse and supervisory personnel.
