Accurate Man-Hour Projections - At Abu-Dhabi Aircraft Technologies Company (ADAT), UAE, compiled and maintained an updated database of man-hours, critical notes and special tools for evaluation and production planning for the Airbus fleet (A300, A310, A32-FAM, A330 and A340).
Capacity Planning/Ensuring Hanger Resource and Capacity and Work Pack Audit - At Abu-Dhabi Aircraft Technologies Company (ADAT)-UAE as well as JorAMCo, assessed potential Etihad Airlines and third party customers -150/year (approximately) - and provided quotations for forecast checks specialised in Airbus and Boeing fleets; RFQs included normal MPD tasks, SB’s, AD’s/CN’s and customer request items. Achieved a target of 95%.
Standardising and Improving Planning Functions - Compiled and maintained up to date Royal Jordanian A/C’s technical and production planning issues such as creating CMPs of each fleet, girding and phasing programmes for tasks in each check (controlling regular checks of each A/C) while working for Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Company (JorAMCo)-Jordan.
EOL - Planning Section - Successfully coordinated delivery and redelivery of A/C’s by preparing documents, final recommendation reports depending on A/C status including preparation of delivery checks (EOL) while taking into consideration the contract between parties about the delivery condition of the subjected A/C.
Understanding Scope of Work/Aircraft Operations Process and Procedures (Maintenance Overview) - While working with Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Company (JorAMCo) - Jordan, produced A/C delivery/redelivery technical reports and evaluated them for RJ and third party customers. At JorAMCo, Amman, Jordan and ADAT, maintained updated database of man-hour standards aligned with latest OEM maintenance documentation, historical data and industry best practices to ensure continuous process improvement, drive operational efficiencies, limit cost of work, reduce the turnaround time (TAT) to gain more profit and use maximise available resources.
Participated as a track owner (i.e. administrator) in installing Mantenix programme for JorAMCo.
Post Jun 2006, maintained technical and maintenance planning issues for a VVIP A310 A/C (Al-Atheer Est).
Accountable for developing Royal Jordanian A340 fleet maintenance programmes from scratch with all programmes bridged, forecasted and gridded to have full control of A/C.
