• Follows up on drivers complaints in coordination with the Controller.

Job Duties
* Ensure fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.
* Monitor and report progress on TransAD Mobile App, as required by the management.
* Develop and monitor strategies for the management of Dep. of Transport in order to meet the pre-determined goals assigned by the Government of Abu Dhabi.
* Providing Taxis in highly populated areas with the cooperation of Inspectors & ensures its smooth flow.
* Pro-actively investigate and resolve customer problems and complaints regarding issues related with Taxis in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
* Manage all aspects of the staff performance to ensure a consistent, high level of safety and customer service
* Help customers in finding their lost items inside the Taxis through CERT tracking system.
