• Assist the top management and making the decision in determining the marketing plans and all sales policies such as commissions, target biased on sales forecast and the plan.
• Establish effective coordination among the business activities of purchase, sale, packing, storage, transportation, advertisement, sales promotion, after sale-services, etc.
• Study all changes and evaluate the products periodically so that necessary modifications and alterations may be made in the product.
• Study needs and demands of the market.
• Creates an action plan to determine when, how, where and by whom the marketing activities sales forecast, advertisement, sales promotion, distribution of products, etc.

• Direct all operational for all retail branches in the eastern, central, and western regions, aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
• Al Hazm Industrial Equipment has 4 divisions, and they are as follows:
A) Industrial Equipment B) Machinery C) Garage Equipment D) Constructions
Direct all operational for three divisions A, C & D.
• Strategic planning to improve client results.
• Sharing knowledge with all regions branches to improve the efficiency and quality of services provided to customers.
• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company.
• Resolving key client issues and complaints
• Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
• Anticipating key account changes and improvements
• Managing communications between key clients and internal teams.
• Managing account team assigned to each client.
• Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
• Working with design team, sales, creative, advertising, logistics, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
• Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
• Supporting the development of local manufacturing between our factories and partners in the Ministry of Defense, Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company, Saline Water Conversion Corporation, and related companies to achieve Vision 2030.
• Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales

• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities.
• Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Casts refined lead into molds moving along conveyor belt: Connects pipelines from kettle to ladle, and preheats pipes, valves, and ladle with gas burner to prevent hardening of metal.
• Controls flow of metal into ladle and pours lead into molds by tilting ladle.
• Skims oxide from surface of metal in molds.
• Assemble hoisting equipment and rigging, such as cables, pulleys, and hooks, to move heavy equipment and materials.
• Bolt aligned structural-steel members in position for permanent riveting, bolting, or welding into place.
• Connect columns, beams, and girders with bolts, following blueprints and instructions from supervisors.
• Drive drift pins through rivet holes in order to align rivet holes in structural-steel members with corresponding holes in previously placed members.
• Erect metal and precast concrete components for structures such as buildings, bridges, dams, towers, storage tanks, fences, and highway guard rails.
• Read specifications and blueprints to determine the locations, quantities, and sizes of materials required.
• To operate stock control on ERP system
• To raise purchase orders and carry out required administration for this function
• To raise transfer orders and carry out required administration for this function
• To locate stock on the ERP system
• To chase deliveries from suppliers and advise Technicians of any delays
• To deal with stock requisitions
• To create new part numbers on ERP system
• To carry out general stock administration

• To achieve all set standards for the delivery/ordering of all items of stock and to achieve KPI targets using our ERP system
