Responsible for:
1- Administrative support:-
Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, according to internal guidelines, in order to ensure effective and efficient communication by telephone.
Plan and coordinate appointments and notify management of up-coming obligations, within obtained authorizations, in order to contribute towards an efficient and suitable planning of available time.
Execute miscellaneous administrative and supportive tasks (travel arrangements) on behalf of the manager and co-workers of the department.
2- Correspondence and Editing:-
Manage correspondence, letters, (standard) reports based on standard concepts, formats and guidelines in order to ensure a timely, accurate and complete outbound correspondence
3- Support Meeting:-
Plan and organize meetings and take down minutes in order to ensure all conditions for a timely, effective and efficient meeting and follow up
4- Document management and Archiving:-
Archive (digital and hard-copy) correspondence, minutes, reports and other relevant information in order to ensure an optimal availability of this information for the manager and other relevant users.
To update data-base of Legal contracts which were approved or reviewed to ensure avoidance of duplication of efforts.
5- Provision of information:-
To prepare track report of mails issued by department and Legal to ensure minimization of pending queries.

6- Post and Mail Handling:-
Handle inbound and outbound post and email traffic for manager(s) and/or the department in order to ensure a timely and accurate post and mail distribution.
