Main responsibility is to attend to calls and emails from SABIC employees regarding any problem faced while getting medical service
Understand the problem faced by calling employee and find a solution for that.
Providing information to both hospitals and SABIC Saudi employees
Coordinating with the MSP’s to find solution to problem faced by employee
Keep record and follow up the cases until the problem is solved
Get medical reports or any other documents required from medical service providers
Used to be on call up to 12:00 midnight
Maintaining daily report of SABIC employees admitted in hospitals on basis of their affiliates and providing the report to company doctors
Communicating with MSP’s to collect price list from them for uploading in system and processing
Fix appointments for employees for referral cases with MSP’s
