• Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC) - Design and implement Exchange 2013 coexistence (merging separate Exchange environments), upgrade from Exchange 2010, and design/configure collaboration using Quest Collaboration Services (QCS).
• Uniting Care Community (UCC) Queensland - Design an Exchange 2013 migration and upgrade project.
Provide technical architectural in planning, designing and building various Microsoft Infrastructure components (Exchange 2013, Lync, etc.) as well as Symantec products (Endpoint protection security, Enterprise Vault and Brightmail) in an enterprise scale solution.
Ensure technical designs meet security hardening and high availability requirements with scalability to global locations including development, test, and production environments
Develop and maintain documentation related to design, build and operational documents for both Exchange and Enterprise Vault environments.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in messaging technologies in my team, I provide a technical expertise and guidance for the configuration and installation of new messaging technology, as I have a strong understanding and experience with MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010 and 2013 servers in an enterprise environment including backup and restore procedures, message flow and security.
I am involved in multiple highly complicated projects currently with multiple clients, including design messaging systems, upgrade or co-existence messaging environment, I am also a key resource in my team in troubleshooting high severity messaging issue/problems and implementing the best practices.

Projects:
Co-Design and implement the Microsoft Office 365 environment in Myer, including Exchange online (Hybrid-deployment), Lync (Skype for Business) online, DirSync and ADFS.
Uplifting the current (legacy) NAB environment, Exchange 2007/Exchange 2010, EV 8 and OCS 2007 R2, to ensure the environment operates efficiently with the increased number of the bank users, including designing, implementation and Support.
Stevenson Logistics in Perth, engaged in the late phase of designing, implementation and post implementation support for Exchange 2013 (Migrated from exchange 2007).
Several Exchange/OCS projects with the Contact Energy NZ account, uplifting, designing new integrated solutions (i.e. Right fax).
Several engagements with Myer account, continue implementing the new Exchange 2010 Infrastructure (Migrated from Exchange 2003), attend several escalations and remediate issues.

Using my skills in Co-Existence & Migrations between Domino & Exchange 2007 environments, I
joined a newly formed 24/7 12-hour shift roster to provide crucial support for National Australian
Bank (NAB).
Provide 3rd line escalation support for international offices, London & New York, Also respond to
second level escalation (REMEDY) and requests for IT assistance to users, both face to face and
over the phone as appropriate.
Troubleshoot and resolve MS Exchange and Symantec Enterprise Vault issues, as necessary
providing immediate short term solutions and following up when convenient to the user with a long
term resolution.
Monitor core infrastructure, & ensure maximum system uptime (OCS 2007R2, Blackberry, Enterprise
Vault and Lotus Notes (Quest migration) issues).
Provide out-of-hours value-add support to existing Data#3 Clients, and monitor ALL Client systems,
troubleshoot issues, and escalate for quick resolution.
Playing an important role upgrading/troubleshooting all Exchange/Symantec/VMWare issues
for all Data#3 Managed services customers.

National Broadband Network (NBN Co) - Design/Implementation of migrating of the old
non-clustered Exchange 2007 environment to a clustered one, including TMG 2010
publishing, mail flow/client access divert, and the whole environment was virtualised, the
project included storage/Networking work which all was done by myself.
WDS limited (Mining) - Design/Implementation of the Exchange 2010/TMG 2010/Symantec
MessageLabs environment, the implementation was for a highly available solution for
Exchange (CAS/HUB/MBX) including all the configurations needed.
Gaden Lawyers - Design/Implement Symantec Enterprise Vault upgrade from version 7.5 to
version 9, including MS SQL 2000/2005 upgrade as well.
Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) - Design/Implementation/maintaining the ESXi
environment, upgraded from ESXi 3.5 to ESXi 4.1, setting up the IBM storage, migrating the
network infrastructure from VSS to VDS, including configuring the CISCO Fibre Channel
switch.
The main client’s Exchange environment to support is Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), both server and end-user issues.
Respond to third level escalations and requests (SAP) including (AD, SQL, and SharePoint) issues.
Support the migration (EX2003 to EX2007) migration and backup issues.
