• Maintains receiving and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with system data.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse ( dry, chilled & frozen ) by planning and implementing new design layouts and ensure that all resources are in good conditions.
• To ensure stocking and loading products according to FEFO standrad.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget.
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, training, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• To coordinate with Procurement department for receiving of goods items from suppliers as per Purchase Order specifications.
• Efficiently managing Warehouse operations to ensure timely loading / un-loading of Sales Direct / Indirect vehicles.
• To effectively control product losses/damages (wastages) as per set standards of product Storage/handling.
• To ensure an effective and efficient Fork Lift operations with in Warehouse operations.
• Maintaining computerized records of incoming & outgoing materials.
• Play key role in development of System/Procedures, reporting •
• Advising management on needed actions.
• Establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Planning and managing warehouse staff of 40 employees for a smooth flow of operations.
• Implement current procedures and Suggest enhancements for implementation on Warehouse operations to improve productivity.
• Manage all warehouse activities (Receiving, Put Away, Picking, Loading and inventory control)
• Handle customer queries concerning stock with the help of the relevant company department.
• Outsourcing Vehicles for logistics operational duties inorder to Maximize the utilization of the company fleet.
• Developing warehouse processes in co-ordination with GM.
• Review and enrich procurment processes in co-ordination with FM.
• Validate in-stock availability vs. POs and business needs.
• Inventory and demand planning and forecasting in co-ordination with sales manager.
• Follow up with suppliers and maintain good relation with them.
• Setting up warehouses and production areas according to CCI standards.
• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
• Liaise and negotiate with retailers, and consumers
• Adhere to all warehouse, handling and shipping legislation
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
• Comply with health;safety, hygiene, security standards and ISO requirements
• Efficient Inventory Management of Finished Goods/Articles at warehouse and sales Centre.
• Monitoring of raw materials stock levels and amending it according to sales forecast and budgets and recommending solutions to keep it in a proper levels.
• Managing the Supplying of company's branches with their requirements of finished goods and ensure that they have a proper balances without excess or shortage
• Supervising & managing warehouses for the group of companies, which includes operations for five companies in different areas in Jordan ( Aqaba, Zaraqa, Irbid and Amman).
• Developing and improving policies and procedures of warehouses and give recommendations to the GM on that.
• Participating in controlling of stock levels through providing top management with daily and weekly reports and coordinting with them of reqired quantities.
• Managing and follow up distribution channels with courier.
• Design and Handling Customer complaints, Orders and all matters relevant to the customer.
• Controlling available stock.
• Managing warehouse duties, 4 warehouse assistant, 6 helpers and reporting to the operation manager.
• IT and Logistics Support.
• Managing finished garments, raw materials and spare parts tasks.
