Reporting directly to the Maintenance & Production Manager, responsible for
undertaking all site maintenance & production activities and leading
a complete team during operation.
Responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance & production activities on site
with a team of 6 Engineers and 20 technicians covering 4 production lines producing a
range of Soft Drink products.
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, responsible for undertaking all site maintenance activities and leading an Engineering shift team during operation.
Responsible for planning and co-ordinating maintenance activities on site with a team of 2 Engineers and 20 technicians covering 6 production lines producing a range of Soft Drink and Water products.
Developing and enhancing Planned and Predictive maintenance techniques on site. Trouble shooting issues and identifying necessary improvement works for machines and operating processes.
Working on various Engineering based projects, including conversion of Natural Water production line to CSD Production, installation and commissioning of new Natural Water PET line, and design, installation and commissioning of a new PET CSD line.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Working as part of the site maintenance team as a Mechanical Engineer. Responsible for the management and development of Supervisors and Technicians to undertake maintenance tasks.
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all equipment on site, including production lines, auxiliary equipment and facilities as required. Working on development of planned maintenance of auxiliary equipment such as: SIAD & Atellier Francois High Pressure compressors, Ammonia cooling systems and General utilities equipment, boilers, CO2 vapourisers, etc.
Preparation and implementation of training plans for technicians covering troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and good engineering practices.
Working as part of the site maintenance team as a Mechanical Engineer. Responsible for the
