• Preparation & follow up inspections request forms
• Submitting methods of statement for several
activities referring to consultant's specifications
• Supervision of site QC activities :-
- Checking for all concrete tests & soil tests as
approved specifications
- Checking for all formwork & reinforcement
(foundation, retaining wall, columns & slabs) as
approved shop drawing & method of statement
- checking for post-tension slabs
- checking for insulation for water (cold applied
bitumen, membrane sheets & polyethylene
sheets) as approved specifications
- checking for all structure work for irrigation tanks,
lakes & fountains
Mivida Project composed of 139 villas with all activities starting from excavation & Concrete works till total finishing handing over to client .
with the following duties :-
• Implement & Supervision of the structural work of
42 villas & finishing them in 6 months
• Supervision of finishing & infra Structural works
• Project Coordination with sub-contractors
• management of materials & workmanship &
equipment
• Preparing & Monitoring progress schedule
The development of the railway crossing project composed of 3 railway crossing with all activities starting from excavation & Concrete work till total finishing handing over to client & Road Works .
with the following duties :-
• Supervising structural & finishing & roads works
• Project Coordination with Various ministries
• management of materials & workmanship &
equipment
• Preparing & Monitoring progress schedule
• Preparation of BOQ for civil works and BBS for
structural elements .
• Preparing running account bills .
Gardenia Project consists 4 residential building with all activities starting from excavation till total finishing Concrete works .
with the following duties :-
• Supervising structural works
• Project Coordination
• management of materials & workmanship &
equipment
• Preparing running account bills
• Preparation of BOQ for activities & BBS for
structural elements
• Supervising all structural works .
• Preparation of shop drawing for structural works .
• Proper management of materials and workmanship .
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress report to be
submitted to the project manager .
