Maintenance manager responsible for making job plans, planning for spare parts feeding, placing the priority policy for work, achieving customer satisfaction and interfacing with clients and vendors
Officer Engineer (15 yrs) responsible for repairing and maintaining IPG (Imaging and Printing Group) Equipments in the Main Information System Workshop - with the last two years as a Commandant of the Subsidiary Information System Workshop (Northern Zone) - gained great experience in the following fields: :
Printers Technologies (Matrix, Laser, Inkjet, Line, Thermal, ………….).
Tracing, Fixing and Analyzing faults in the fields of Instrumentation and Automatic Control systems in general and printers as a special case, which let me publish more technical comments to prevent faults later; and be a specialist to assist colleagues in other departments like Microfilm, UPS, Shredders, …….etc.

•Chief of the Quality Control Sector (1 yr) in the Main Information System Workshop in charge of improvement lifecycle of equipments from the time of attendance to be fully repaired and tested, develop and implement maintenance plans, and coordinate for a monthly/weekly performance review with team on open issues related to technical and training needs..
•Chief of the Training Office (1 yr) in the Main Information System Workshop responsible for planning and training young officers in the field of engineering.
•Head of the Material Management Control (MMC) Technical Support Center workshop (1 yr) responsible for repairing and maintaining IT devices that are working in different sites. Gathering more experience in the field of Line Interactive UPS (especially APC) which made me finally convert a 110V UPS to a 220V one.
