Starting March of 2013 I was assigned as head of the structural department in the company's two locations (Bremerhaven/Berlin). my objectives as head of department are listed below:

- Communication management between client, designer and certifier
- Project progress controlling, Recourse planing, time planing and quality assurance

As an Intern for ADWEA, I was given the duties to work as an owner's representative in its project in Fujeirah. The Project was the construction of 30 villas in fujeirah as replacement homes for residents affected by the development of the harbor in fujeirah. In the Internship I was responsible for: 1-delivering the villas to its owners, 2- List of claims from the owner to the contractor. 3- Answering to the claims given to me by the contractor. 4- Reporting the the project engineer in ADWEA. 5- controlling the development of the site to ensure the delivery in the right time.

I finished my masters program within 3 semesters. I majored in Structural Engineering with a lot of courses in water supply management and Project management. during my studies in Germany I had a scholarship from Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority (ADWEA) to study civil Engineering in Germany. my Master thesis was on the failure mode and effect analysis of civil structures and buildings. a method that is highly use din the mechanical engineering world but was still not being used in civil engineering. My thesis among other Publications set the mile stone for FMEA to be used in Civil engineering.

I finished my studies with 210 university credits in 7 semesters. The language of study is German. during this time i had a Scholarship from Abu Dhabi Water and electricity Authority (ADWEA) to study in Germany. After the 3rd Semester I obtained a letter of apreciation from the University for the high GPA and for finishing 90 university credits in 3 semesters. According to this Letter I was freed from the Universities fees. Within my Bachlor studies, I finished various internships in the UAE and was working as a student in the Universiry of Kassel Laboratories and as a Tutor for statics, construction planing. I was also working on the vertual lab for statics developed in the Civil engineering department of the university.
