On behalf of major public and private actors including Air France/KLM Cargo(France & Holland), Renault motors(France), Antalis (France, UK, India, Belgium), KDI/KISS (France), Pernod Ricard (France), Lagardere Sport (France, Germany, Switzerland), Groupama (France) and the municipality of Paris, I led successfully the implementation of Reporting Info- centers including business applications such as customer & supplier management, distribution management, invoicing, supervision and reporting. The challenge was to manage the interfacing of the DW or the downstream systems with the different upstream systems within matrix environments and ensure that the data loading process are in compliance with the projects’ policies regarding, technical & functional architecture, master data management, data quality management, data mining & business rules implementation, I also participated in:
•Shaping and leading programs that translate process application and/or integration shortfalls into transformation programs/projects
•Envisioning new and innovative approaches and thought leadership for business solutions
•Establishing total cost of ownership metrics for actual impacts of application implementation
•Influencing client direction based on application design and architecture
•Defining solution architecture
•System design, as well as planning and system operation and control to improve effectiveness and efficiency
•Shaping and leading large-scale application design and architecture activities
•Establishing acceptance of designs with client executives
•Shaping and leading large scale application build, test, and deploy activities
•Assessing and managing risk and issues throughout all aspects of the application implementation
•Cultivating and maintain client relationships
•Driving recruiting activities and counseling junior team members

On behalf of Neuf telecom. Within an Anti-Churn project team, I implemented successfully KPIs reflecting the status of all pending orders and queries submitted by the customers. The challenge was to draft a detailed
mapping of the client orders' life cycle, which starts in the CRM and then travels, through an EAI, between different applications such as accounting, logistics, material management, controlling.
During this project I:
• Assisted the clients with the preparation of the business requirements specifications.
• Conducted interviews with key users in order to define the technical solution and design its architecture.
• Implemented the solution with the help of the anti-churn team.

For the account of banking & finance major actors such as Euronext, Cofinoga, Société Générale, Nexity, BICS and BNP Paribas, I worked within pan-European teams on multi-million euro projects to implement national and international Data Warehouses. To accomplish my assignments I:
•Assisted the clients in drafting the functional and technical specifications.
•Participated in the validation process of the technical specifications documents.
•Participated in the creation and customization of mappings and workflows to load data marts, and data warehouses.
•Participated in the testing and deployment phases of the projects.
•Developed procedures and functions in PL/SQL, as well as Unix shells, for multiple other needs and tests.

Worked on the OPEN SSI project in the HP Oracle Competence Centre at Sophia Antipolis.
Was invited to the Oracle summer universty 2004 in order to present the Open SSI features to all Oracle partners and guests who participated in this 2 days event.
Based on my experience within the Lebanese BasketBall Federation, I led the developpment, deployment and maintenace of an application for managing all the accreditations within the School Sports Federation: members, clubs officials, players, coaches, schools ...
During this period I also participated in the organisation of the Asian Football cup held in lebanon in 2000.
I worked in the head office of the first brigade, helping with the usage of MS office tools such as excel and word.
I Participated in the deployment and maintenance of an application for managing all the accreditations within the federation concerning: members, clubs officials, players ...
I was also the manager of the ticketing service.
I also participated in the organisation of different intenational tournaments such as the Western Asian basketball championship, and the Arab basketball Championship.
