• Responsible for international voice routing (IDD & Transit).
• Verifying updated voice prices for swap deals in ASCADE System before submitting the CR.
• Checking routing plans for any overflow that might occur during utilization of the capacity.
• Coordinating between commercial team and ITSC for any trouble tickets.
• Checking voice quality by arranging for tests.
• Managing any CLI issues by asking operations team to fix it then test it.
• Removing any carriers from routing plans in case they show low performance or bad quality.
• Conducting audit for loss scenarios that might happen during international calls and inform commercial team to fix it immediately.
• Executing any transit access requests for carriers wanting to send any traffic via Mobily’s network.
• Handling SMS-IW price negotiations and making CR’s for any destination that needs routing according to the best price available.
• Reporting SMS traffic regularly and checking the currents prices according to traffic volume and assessing its profitability to Mobily.
• Blocking any destinations that are proved to be sending SPAM SMS to Mobily’s network.
• Analyzing the traffic and responding to any SMS failure that happens.
