Key project for PMC is Design & Build for Mega Skyscraper Project Merdeka PNB 118 in Malaysia (World Second Tallest Building). The Merdeka 118 consist Main Tower 118 storey, 6 stars Hotel, Observation Decks, Retail Mall, Residential and 2 packages of Infrastructure including road and bridges. Experienced on Steel Structure fabrication and erection for Belt Truss and Outrigger plus all the Non-Destructive Test etc. Familiar with electronic software i.e., ACONEX on record keeping, communication, submission, etc. among the project teams. Assist for Sustainability Certification (LEED, GBI & GreenRE for Platinum)
Preparing and implementing of project scheduling, dealing with Main Contractor/Client on QA/QC matters, site issues, weekly & monthly meeting/report, reviewing of shop drawings, material submittals, Engineer’s Instruction, Site Memo/NCR, snag/de-snag report, as-built drawings and documents archiving.
Inspect the arrival material for the required quality against the relevant delivery notes, specific material test reports & the laboratory certificates and daily work inspection request (WIR) for Structure/Arch/ID works.
: - Lead, plan and manage the implementation and conformance to the
Quality Management System to support the achievement of the
organizing and coordinating the Quality System activity of the
Company (Head Office, Projects, Precast Factory Division & Plant
Machinery & Vehicles (PMV) Division)
: - Ensuring the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) ISO
9001:2008 is effectively implemented at all levels in the organization
and all data specific to QMS is accurate and up to date
: - Representing the management during Certification and Surveillance
Audits with Certification bodies
: - Promoting and publicizing the system to the entire staff, including
training for all employees
: - Preparing schedule and conducting Management Review Meeting
: - Monitoring and ensuring that the quality records are maintained by
the respective Heads of Department (Head Office)
: - Communicating to the Top Management on Quality issues/
Non-Conformities & Audit Reports and ensure Corrective Action
Reports (CAR) are clearly communicated and followed up in a timely
manner to close in line with established company procedures,
international standards and local regulations
: - Planning and carrying Internal Quality Audit (IQA)
: - Arranging for periodic Management Reviews and liaison with external
parties e.g. Certification bodies etc. on matters relating to the qualities
: - Provide guidance and support to Projects/Precast Factory/Plant
Machinery & Workshop teams in the development and
implementation of plans for inspection, testing, quality control/quality
assurance, etc.

2. prepare method statement; solve any current issues at site for ARCH & C&S.
3. proficient in quality assuarance & quality control procedures
4. controlling ARCH daily inspection, snagging/de-snagging with
Consultant
5. handle training for Subcontractor, controlling any site laboratory testing or any factory visit for both ARCHITECTURE & C&S
