ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I had accomplished Tenders, Proposals and Contracts for different Petrochemical Projects I had provided assistance during Procurements and Contracts Management activities to ensure project deliverables meet project requirements on time and within budget. I had organized Project Plans, Budgets, and Procedures related to Client requirements to ensure Compliance and address all major Commercial Risks. I had done Shutdowns / Turnarounds for Refineries & Fertilizers Plants. I had done engineering Tender Designs, Preliminary Selection and Sizing of Rotating Equipment.
Presently I am reporting operationally to the project director and functionally supported by the Commercial Manager and sharing responsibility with the Top Management for the contractual and financial delivery of project. Maintaining and negotiating
commercial aspects of all major contracts, ensure cost-effective execution of all major contracts. I am also participating in the Development and Revision of Contracting Strategies and Procedures. I am Coordinating Pre and Post Project
Meetings.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I had provided Commercial & Contractual Management Support in the development and implementation of negotiation strategies to mitigate contractual risks assigned to projects.
I had directs post contract administrations included reviewing and responding to requests for variations and claims. Directs the Procurement Engineers with the necessary assistance in identifying Commercial Impacts in terms of changes in Cost and Technical variations and deals with problems arising in connection with the execution of purchase orders.
I had been participated in development of financial studies that establish feasibilities for proposal s/ contracts services, and evaluate for alternatives that may be Technical, Financial or Procedural / Administrative.
I had prepared project Execution Plan, CTRS (Cost, Time, Resource Sheet). Prepared man-hour sheets, conducted Interdepartmental Meetings. I assisted my team in preparing of presentations, negotiation of claims, writing and execution of settlement agreements to resolve issues.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
I had done Shutdowns / Turnarounds for Petrochemical Plants (Fertilizer and Refinery). I had reviewed Shutdowns Contracts, Equipment Installations Procedures, also Client Scheduling & Planning Documents, and Design report. Identified potential delays, analyzed and issue proposed corrective actions as required. Checked critical path, participated in preparation of weekly and monthly reports, ensured a continuous and timely flow of information to planning and reporting coordinator.
