Review/ approval of method statement for all relevant activities.
Review/ approval of shop drawings for all relevant trades.
Review/ approval of material submittals for all relevant trades.
Engineering solution & recommendation for all submitted RFI with the reference of project specification, addendum & contract documentation.
Attend & handling weekly progress meeting along with Contractors, client & suppliers.
Attend & handling coordination meeting with all contractors.
Prepare minutes of meeting for weekly progress meeting & coordination meeting.
Site visit with the client, project management & contractors as schedule.
Individually site visit on daily basis & check activities, quality of work for ensure the MEP works comply with the project specification requirements & make daily progress report & issued Field Observation Report & Non Confirmation Reports to contractor.
Review, check & verification of closed out documentation for issued FON & NCR.
Provide solutions to important engineering issues and coordinate with other disciplines.
Conducting field inspection of mechanical activities/mechanical installation.
Monitor MEP progress to Completion, tracking Project staffing and schedule requirements.
Give direction to the Main Contractor in regard to planning, coordination and construction.
Work very close to Main contractor. Interface with other Contractors and utilities on the Project.
Examine & inspection of all delivered material at site in store & installed material at site.
Attend & inspect/examine MEP Testing & Commissioning.
Preparing snagging & d-snagging.
Review & approval of As Built Drawing for all relevant trades.
Review & approval documentation for project closeout.
Attend corresponding & trouble shouting in duration of Project DLP.

•A B-Tech Mechanical Engineer experience in Design, Installation Planning and Co-ordination with distinguished knowledge and expertise in Engineered Systems.
•Sound knowledge about project engineering and execution of projects right from the initial stage to final handover/close out of projects. Fully aware of different stages of EPIC/MEP type projects and has extensive experience in supervision and co-ordination of activities with clients, consultants and Main/Sub-contractors.
•knowledge in planning coordination, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of MEP systems with high technical knowledge in Mechanical piping, process and structures.
•Lead Engineer (MEP) with knowledge about NFPA regulations, ASHRAE, SMACNA Codes and hands on experience on all types of system installations.
•Technical co-ordination work for installation, testing and commissioning of electro-mechanical equipment.
•Fully Responsible for reviewing, approval and processing of all material submittals, claims, variation, Quantity surveying etc done from the consultant standing from the client side.
•Overseen the technical and managerial problem that may occur for infrastructure and buildings related MEP works and informing the same to Strategic and operation manager.
•Review the MEP related Specification and informing the concerned managers as required for advising the client and related subcontractor.
•Serve as a client representative for all matters related to construction quality assurance of MEP works for residential, commercial and Infrastructure works.
•Monitor the MEP works for conformance with the provision of contract documents and approved system procedures.
•Arrange and record all the MEP related technical meeting as and when instructed by the concerned managers.
•All over maintenance work of Welding Shop, Press Shop and Paint Shop by self hand work.
•Look after maintenance work of all over plant.
•Complete knowledge and controlling on piping work in all over plant. Complete piping of water lines in which use in Welding Shop (It's necessary for Spot Welding) and Paint Shop (It's necessary for Paint Shop). All pipe lines of Air, Pipe lines of Colors Paint, Pipe lines of Grace, Pipe lines of Cellar, Pipe lines of Thinner and Pipe lines of Petrol. These all piping works also include in my responsibilities.

•Direct handle maintenance and any type trouble of Heavy Compressors, Heavy generators, Gas Turbine, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boiler.
•Direct handle maintenance and efficiency of all types of pumps which use in all over plant.
•Look after maintenance work of all Air Conditions which use in all over plant.
•Maintain record of daily trouble shooting sheet of all over plant.
•Direct handling the documentation of new project, project planning and all maintenance work.
•Direct dealing with contractors of new project.
•Daily meeting with departmental supervisor and foremen, meeting with deputy manager and manager of department. Discus on daily reports and planning.
•Special concentrate on KAIZEN work.
•All over maintenance work of Welding Shop, Press Shop and Paint Shop by self hand work.
•Look after maintenance work of all over plant.
