Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Monitoring of On-Grid, Off-Grid Solar System.
2. Testing and Commissioning of On-Grid Solar power plants.
3. Preparation of Drawings and proposals.
4. Site Inspection.
5. Installation of Main Distribution Boards (MDB’s) and Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDB’s).
Responsibilities:
1. To Prepare Solar System Proposals.
2. To lead the team of technicians to complete the project effectively.
3. Installation and Maintenance of Solar System.
4. Installation of Main Distribution Boards, (MDB’s), Sub Main Distribution Boards (SMDB’s), and Final Distribution Boards (FDB’s).
A) Monitoring of Grid Station
Monitoring of grid station yard and Equipment which is as follow:
1) Power Transformer 2) Lightening Arrestor
3) SF6 Breakers 4) CT and PT 5) Bus Bar
6) VCB Trollys 7) Capacitors 8) Grounding System
B) Controling and Monitoring of Power Transformers
1) Monitorng of power transformer from Control Pannel as well as physical monitorng.
2) Monitoring of Alarms like CB Mech Fail, SF6 Trip Lockout, Oil Pressure High, Excessive Tempersture, T/F Buchhloz, Cooling System Fail etc.
3) Monitoring of Relays like Diff Trip, Oil Temp trip, Buchhloz Trip, O/C and E/F Trip etc.
C) Important Tests Monitoring
Monitoring of Important test of Transformer and Circuit Breakers which are as follow:
1) T.T.R test 2) C.E.S Test 3) C & DF Test 4) Meggar Test 5) On Time Test 6) Tripping time test 7) Oil Test
Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Supervision of Solar System, Inverters and Batteries of the Telecom Sites.
2. Power Monitoring
3. Monitoring of Power Alarms at NOC.
Technical mill surveys for trouble-shooting.
Technical Surveys of Power Plant.
Familiarity with Invertors and Driver circuits of Machines.
I got the silver medal for the 2nd position.
