long term strategies.
 Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity
 Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.
 Ensure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional as per Brand standards.
 Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems.
 Build and maintain strong working relationships with levels of staff at the client hotel.
 Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.
 Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, rate codes, other brand standards etc…)
 Analyzing competitors and market performance by environmental scanning, market modeling.
 Responsible for business mix yield management, length of stay yield management, inventory availability
by channel, pricing control and new pricing concepts
 Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate,
consortia, crew, groups, etc…) and to discuss with GM and Sales for future results.
 Reduce the cost of distribution by finding new less expensive means of business.
 Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.
 Creating and Promoting new promotions & offers on social media with marketing team.
 Dealing with Online Booking Channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com etc)
 Proactively target forward dates of concern and, in liaison with F&D Manager and Director of Sales,
develop strategies to preempt any issues.
 Communicating any new Rate Plans and Packages to all Reservations and Front Office team,
 Monthly one to one on job training with reservations team and working closely with them to develop their
potential talent for future career.
 Opening and closing rate codes and room types in the PMS (opera) and Creating new rate codes &
packages as needed by using brand owned tools.
 Participating in preparation of monthly forecast, revenue meetings, GM comments.
 Active Member of hotels QFG (Quality focus group)
