E Services and Support is service provide group based in USA, UK and Canada. On this remote job, I was responsible to diagnose and trouble shoot the WAN Network, addressing performance bottlenecks, and ensuring maximum uptime.
During this training, I have learned the design and working of IP Core in C4 and C5 Networks of PTCL. I was responsible to monitor the performance of Core Switches and Media Gateways. I was responsible to write up the method of procedure to seek the permission for any changes in the network. I have learned to handle and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VRRP and VLANS related complications.
I have been work here on following things.
-Simantic 7 (Automation Tool)
-RTU( Radio Terminal Units)
