Orientation Program:

1 Preparation of Orientation Plan for Management, Non Management & Daily Wage.

3 Preparation of Training Plan for Engineers in Eng. Works.
4 Review of Orientation Report and discuss with concerned employee.

Probation Confirmation Process:

3 To prepare Exit INTERVIEW Summary and forward.
